Join Adrian DiMatteo (מַלְאָך “Messenger”), Kaley and Adam Hernandez for a powerful, transformative evening of sacred sound and breathwork. 

Breath is among the most primal connections we have to Hashem. Through the breath we communicate, sing and pray. By learning to regulate the breath we release emotions, oxygenate the entire body and develop the ability to better manage shifts in energy levels and emotional states.

Sound and music are a perfect compliment to breathwork, reinforcing breath rhythms and holding space for deep relaxation, mental clarity and integration. Using flutes, crystal and stringed instruments, melodic percussion and a range of healing tools, Adrian, Kaley and Adam will guide you through a practice designed to facilitate your inner-journey and work with your intentions.

The night will also include an orientation to breathwork and sound meditation as healing modalities, with opportunity to ask any questions you might have. You will gain a better understanding of how to incorporate these practices into your daily life.

Facilitator Bios:

Breath and soul facilitator duo, Adam Betzalel, fine artist and spiritual coach, and his wife Kaley, an Illness Recovery Coach, join their unique backgrounds to create a new modality of breathwork. Their combined presence creates an environment of safety, love, and deep healing.

Adrian DiMatteo (מַלְאָך)

Adrian DiMatteo (B.M. Eastman School of Music, 2012) is the founder of the Sonic Institute. He is an international performing and recording artist, author (Elements of Sound: A Full-Spectrum Exploration of Sound and Consciousness), music educator, app creator (Chord Atlas), and sound meditation facilitator with over 20 years’ experience in the music world. Adrian has toured and traveled extensively—exploring sound, language, musical culture and how they affect individual and collective wellbeing.
